I chose this hotel for attending a business assembly, and it provided every amenity I needed. The event facilities were excellent for our conference, providing a well-equipped space for our meetings and presentations.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and photocopying needs.

The pool area was very clean. The location was excellent, close to the Riverwalk, which is equally beautiful, other places of interest, and the Detroit Riverfront. The room was brand new. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the bathroom. I stayed here for a trip and would still consider staying here again.

During my stay, the room I was in could have been cleaner, and it definitely needed some updates in terms of furniture. The double bed was comfy, and it was great that the room had heating. 🔥 However, a better cleaning and some new furniture would have made the room a lot nicer.

The room was clean and had a cool, unique design. It had a TV, heating, and a nice balcony for chilling out. The location was awesome, just a quick 20-minute walk to The Z Lot, so convenient! We loved hanging out at the bar and restaurant here—it was a great spot for food and drinks. 🌟

My stay at Robert's Riverwalk Urban Resort Hotel was quite delightful. The hotel's convenient location near shops and the Guardian Building made it easy to explore the city. The on-site amenities, including the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center, provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The fireplace in the lobby added a cozy touch to the ambiance, making it a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The staff was mind-blowingly helpful! The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The place has a cute vibe and has potential to be a jaw-dropping place to stay if some updates are made. Although the restaurant was only open for breakfast, the free wi-fi and bar/lounge area were great perks. The fitness centre and swimming pool were a nice bonus. The flat-screen TVs in the rooms were a nice touch, and the lift made it easy to move around. a very satisfying stay.

The pool was very clean and I had cold drinks in the downstairs bar. Overall it was lovely old with a riverfront view.

As for me, the area was very very bad.

The staff was helpful and the hotel was quiet with comfy beds, but it needs updating. The location is great for downtown activities, and the river view is stunning. They host live jazz on Thursdays. As a Black-owned hotel, supporting it was important to me. Unfortunately, the room experience was inconsistent.
